My new Robert Williams 6/8 French Point (ultra high polish), with genuine MOP and Hippopotamus Ivory, mounted on titanium scales. This is a baaaddd mamma jamma....

Perfect match to my genuine MOP shaving brush....

Funny you should mention that... the brush actually came from a museum and is 70+ years old, never been used

Titanium ? does it mean that you can use the straight and you dont have to dry down the blade ? it wont rust or am I just wrong and all straightrazors need to be dried down ?

I'll be on the look out for that straight in the SOTD's hell yeah.........

Joel, that is the most gorgeous thing I have seen in a long time! The workmanship is incredible! I love the pitted look and the mother of pearl? is so nice. I have this overwhelming feeling that I can't live another day without one of those.. I wish I knew why
