    Good afternoon gentlemen. I have a Somerset Simpson Tulip 4 2-band brush for sale. It's a stunning brush but just too large of a knot for me.
    Knot - 24mm
    Loft - 60mm
    Height - 115mm

    Niiiiiice. I'll have to fight this one off. I too like 22mm knots so I'll pass. But should go quickly.

    I haven't tried a really old Somerset Simpson's, but I'd be willing to bet 100 bucks that the performance will be a lot better than a Plisson in the same dimensions (size 16) for a lot less money.
    In other words, if you like big knots, get this brush!

    This T4 is sure to please. I have a T2 in 2-band super and it is absolutely fantastic. If you like a larger knot you can't go wrong with this brush.

    YMDV - Your Mileage Definitely Varies. I can possibly see the Simpsons > Plisson argument but you lost me at PC > EF.
