Hunger games, was ok but I much prefer the Battle Royale series for films in this vein.
Cabin in the woods. Great fun. Seems to have wound a few people up in it's marketing as a straight horror movie.

Another one who just saw The Hunger Games. It was ok. I was really looking forward to the movie, but was somewhat let down. I liked the book series very much. Jennifer Lawrence is a wonderful young actress though, and was also very good in Winters Bone.

My boys and I just watched The Raid, it was a great time waster. Up next is The Hunger Games.

Warrior: One of the most emotionally intense films I've seen. Very gritty. I really liked it a lot and I don't really like MMA at all.

Watched a couple of Kay Francis films on Turner today. I like Kay Francis so there was only one today that I hadn't seen before.

Hangover 2 last night. Mindless, sophomoric, idiotic movie. Not bad at all.

Great film, and it has a fantastic soundtrack too!

Enemy at the Gates. Very pleased with this movie (at the recommendation of a fellow member).

Expandables 2, I was supposed to tell some people what I thought about it. I hope nobody have to pay to watch it.

"The Dictator" with Sacha Baron Cohen. It had a few funny scenes, but nothing all that great or original.

Premium Rush. Not the most intellectually challenging movie-watching experience, but extremely well made. No explosions, and almost all of the urban cycling scenes are believable. The bad guy fed from Boardwalk Empire does a good job playing a bad guy NYC detective. Constant action, good summer entertainment.

Watching the NYC courier guys ride their bikes down Broadway is about as good as any action movie I've ever seen. I'm scared to ride my bike in a parking lot.

The Wizard of Oz last night. The only musical that I really like. Always good.

Interesting coincidence, Cheapo. I'm doing the same thing, but over two days. My kid said he'd never seen all of them so we're watching them this weekend.

In a Lonely Place (1950). I don't know how I managed to not see this Bogart film all these years, but it's one of the best movies I've ever seen.

    Suspicion.

Not my favorite Hitchcock film, but I did enjoy Cary Grant in an unlikely role for him.

Ong Bak on Netflix. Unbelievable martial arts (Muay Thai specifically) by a guy named Tony Jaa. There are actually three in the series, and I'm going to finish up the third tonight.
