shaving kits for travel

I travel frequently and some of the products I have are in glass containers. Do you other travelers repack products into plastic or do you have another method to prevent breakage.

Biggest problem I had was with aftershaves. So I ordered some 1/2 oz plastic bottles online and poured some into them.

After a small glass bottle of very cheap cologne was crushed in my shave bag, I switched to all plastic containers. Picking little bits of glass out of the bag was a real pain and I wound up ditching it anyway because of the stink.

Can a DE razor be taken as a carry on for airplanes? Or does it need to be stored in the hold baggage? I would hate to lose my razor becuase of the blade. It wouldn't make any sense to carry on a DE with the blades stored in the hold. So how does someone travel with a DE?

No, you cannot take DE or SE blades aboard airliners; I do not know about injector blades but cartridge and disposeable razors are allowed.
