Default Do people on this forum not sleep?

I've noticed quite a few people are still online and replying by the time I've gotten up and are at my internship in the morning. And that most be in the middle of the night over there in the states. Do you people not sleep?

(And yes that's you too mammabear...and Joanna, although mammabear might blame Joanna for it....)

4 am here. What's this "sleep" of which you speak?

Tonight I have an excuse. Jenna is having one of her rare moments. She is screaming her head off if, and only if, she is in bed or you say bed.

And Sue really needs...ummm.....some help. Yeah, that'll work.

Jo, there isn't one of us that doesn't wish we could help.. Jenna is my baby, my surrogate grand daughter if you will. What you do reflects all the love in the world and all that is real. I have nothing but respect and love for you. The hardest part of love is the day to day and night to night. Don't even under estimate what is really important. At my age, love is not the same thing to me that it was when I was your age. It was not as real. You are forced to grow up too fast Jo, but know that we are with you baby.

On the other hand.... I would take some help if it would leave in the morning... I still remember when love was naked and doing jigs on a beer barrel... lol

I supposedly work 9 to 5, but my sleep schedule is very erratic. I usually split the day with two four hour naps... But those can be anytime, whenever I'm tired.

Not that it's healthy. I'm seriously considering going to the doctor about low energy issues... However my buddy just did for the same complaints and "sluggish thinking" and the doc told him, "No , you're not sick, you're OLD.. This is normal for someone in their late 30's..."

Anyway, I also have a on-call rotation that gives me a week work from home every 6 weeks, so I can be on here any time at all...

5 am now, and no sleep in sight.

Jenna is screaming so loud she is probably waking the neighbors.

Default Depends on where you're at.....

In Bangkok, it's 12 hours ahead of EST............not a problem until Daylight Savings time hits.....then one has to do the mental mathematics!!!

6 am. I'm pretty sure this is a testing the boundaries sort of thing for Jenna. Unfortunately she wins this round , as Chris has to get some sleep.

Thank goodness I'm a night owl.

7 am, finally, yes finally, Jenna has succumbed, and is sleeping in her bed.

I sometimes check in when I'm working nights and have nothing to do. Because of the UK-EST-PST time difference I know there'll be people around gossiping about all kinds of things. (My night shift is 2000-0800 UK time, therefore midday to midnight California time, and 3pm-3am Eastern time.) Just as I do nights once in a while this side of the Atlantic I've noticed some night workers on the other side too.
