Question Does Scrubbing Bubbles Strip the Coating off of Razor Blades?

I still cut myself with my Futur. At present, I'm waiting for the cut to heal up....

I was fortunate enough to "bubble" my Futur the day before the shave, and so far, it hasn't gotten infected.

    Question:

Can I "bubble" the blade also along with the Futur? A clean blade shaves better, right?

Once "bubbled" how do you dry the blade?

I wondering if using "bubbles" would strip the coating off the blade...

    Anyone know?

    Thanks.

I don't know why you'd need to. I assume the blades are sterile when they're packaged. It would be mighty silly if they weren't.

If you're truly that concerned about it, swab them with alcohol before mounting them.

I'd just dip the head (blade and all) in some rubbing alcohol, let dry and get on with your life.
