    Default Great brush...

Yes, the EJ Best (Medium) is essentially the much ballyhooed C&E BBB that has very good reviews by many people. You can't go wrong for the price and can be had for around $40 shipped from www.theenglishshavingcompany.com.

I have it and like it but have nothing to compare to as it is my only one- never felt the need to try another.

Same here, Medium BBB from ESC and I love it. Paid $31.95 for it about a month ago. Double thumbs up to all the free samples they threw in that box! I'm ordering the EJ Sandalwood ASB for Christmas, best sandalwood ASB I've ever used.

I have a EJ BBB & it's my favourite (I have 5 brushes). Good with both creams & soaps - check out this thread: http://www.badgerandblade.com/vb/showthread.php?t=2355

Just bought a C&E BBB yesterday. 20% off. In the one I went to, all the brushes are hidden under the counter. None are on display. Only other brush I have is a tweezerman and wow, the difference in softness alone is night and day.
