As of late I have really started liking and appreciating the Old Spice scent. I'm currently using the shower gell, Mama Bears Aged Spice, Old Spice deodorant, and Old Spice AS. I find the scent to not be over-powering but stays with me all day.

Old Spice is a pretty good scent, even reformulated, but the old Old Spice is wonderful.
Glad you like it.
Try the Ivy Club by Vi John at the dollar store. It's very much like the old Old Spice.

I like you have gotton into this of late.
I like the scent OK, but I think I am allergic to it. I've only been brave enough to put it on three times, but each time I have developed runny nose and nasal stuffiness that drove me crazy for about three hours.
I may try it one more time, but if it does that to me again, I'm gonna have to throw it away.

I came across a large bottle of Old Spice Cologne (large as compared to what I can find now) about a year and a half ago. Bought it for the nostalgia and like it too. It reminds me of my dad's scent. I will use it on weekends and my wife always makes a face when she gets a whiff of it. My next quest is for a bottle of Aqua Velva blue and then a bottle of Brut!
I just bought my first ever bottle of authentic Old Spice Aftershave today.![]()

Definitely my favourite aftershave - I also have the body spray. It has a warm spicy aroma which mellows a bit but lasts all day. I can still smell it on me when I go to bed at night. I'm still on my second bottle but bought a third as it was on sale at the supermarket. (So was the Brut - think Christmas might be getting near?)
I do wonder about how secure the stopper is in the bottle. I have the nightmare vision of it leaking in my washbag so I haven't travelled with it.

My dad has about a light splash of the original OS left in a glass late Shulton bottle. And then, it will all be gone.

It's good stuff. I like it and it reminds me of my Dad.

LOL, if he doesn't plan on using them, then I am going to try to talk him out of them. FTR, he has 2 bottles, one is bone dry, the other has a splash left.
He rarely uses anything these days. He hardly ever shaves (about once a week with disposables).

It is funny how such classics as Old Spice can bring back memories of growing up and the smell of dad after he shaved. What a nostalgic trip smelling it is.
