It took me 5 or 6 tries, but I finally got my reservation in. Not the easiest eCommerce site to navigate, but well worth it.

I can't find any mention of the final price, though ... what is the balance due? Or is that still to be determined depending on sales volume?

I too would like to know if all international orders are being sent by FEDEX....might not cost $300 but would cost me well over $200 - too rich for me

(There's no avoiding customs and handling charges with FEDEX, with the postal service here in Ireland there's a reasonable chance it might get by - pity the maker won't ship direct.)

Oh well - There might be one on BST

I wonder if the sudden influx of brushes in the BST is somehow related?

Any suggestions who in England could be "appointed" the task of sending out UK/EU brushes?
For his effort he could be payed the US import fees or whatever? Any ideas, gents?

Good question. Since it was not made yet I think the answer is no. My question is what general shade of butterscotch are we going with on this order?

    EDIT: I found the answer:

This color has the most votes "Orange Light":

I apologize for quoting myself. I'm delaying my reservation in hope there is someone who could help with this. A B&B moderator from UK perhaps? A vendor like theinvisibleedge?

Oooops, I screwed up my reservation.

I realize now that the final price is $135 + $10 shipping ... all I paid when I put in my reservation is the $10 shipping, since that's what the order form told me was the minimum order. I though that the balance would be due when the brush was ready to be shipped.

How can I rectify this and keep my reservation in good standing?

Safetyrazors.co.uk is another UK vendor. Perhaps a vendor would step up if there was something in it for them, say $5 per brush or something in addition to their shipping cost. I can't see a vendor doing this for free, though.

It must be a huge hassle for Kent to ship one box to the US and another to someone in the UK who could distribute throughout Europe, since Joel said Kent won't do that.

Placed my order for 1 Ebony LE. Thanks a lot for putting this together Joel and for considering Ebony as an option. I'm really looking forward to this brush.

    Default Maybe it's just me...

...and it's ok if it is...

    but

Last year's brush looks 100% better than this year's... I'm not a fan of the handle on the 2009 edition...

I received 3 back to back emails confirming the addition of a gift certificate with an ID code.

This is going to be one nice brush in butterscotch

Thank you Joel and others who have helped put this together and will help with getting these little beauties shipped out when the time comes. Your dedication to this forum and its members is appreciated.

Dumb question, is the hair the unbleached/untrimmed type we loved so much on the B&B 2006? (obviously not the same hair, but same treatment?)

    Thanks

unbleached/untrimmed of course!! The hair, knot construction and density of this brush several orders of magnitude superior to the B&B LE 2006.
