My Super Kama arrived and I'm psyched

I fell in love with and bought a Super Kama restored by Glen. It arrived two days ago. It's even more amazing than it looks in photos: http://badgerandblade.com/vb/showthread.php?t=113932

Having never shaved with a straight before, I plan to have a very pampering, long and low-pressure shave with it tomorrow night when the children are in bed. I've read the stickies, watched the clips, and checked the guides. I'm trying to be mature and rational about it, but, frankly, I'm like a kid with a kite who wants to go to the beach.

So, this is the kit for my first ever straight shave. My Shave of Tomorrow, if you will. Wooooohaaaaaa!

Good luck! That is a beautiful looking blade. I'm planning on getting a straight sometime in the near future. Still having too much fun with my new DE toys for now.

Ya know it still strikes me as amazing that it started here in North Idaho and now I see pics of it in England....
This hobby of ours makes for a small world, take your time start small and you will do fine....
