1st shave with PC's stuff and boy I gotta say I liked it. Smooth and comfortable shave and a great scent. The soap scent could be stronger in my mind but heck thats a minor thought. I define will have a hard time choosing other soaps to use tomorrow over this one......

Definitely worth the tiny coin it costs...tallow goodness.

    Saturday Morning:

Hot Shower/Hot Towel/Proraso Glycerin Cleansing Bar
    1955 Gillette Flare Tip SS
    Gillette 7 O'Clock Yellow (Shave #2)
    Omega #80267 Boar
    Tabac SS
    NOS Shulton Old Spice A/S
    Vaseline IRML Lotion

Another fantastic shave with the 7 O'Clock Yellow blade. I might be able to squeeze another shave out of it but it did start to feel a bit dull towards the end of my last pass. I feel like I did a fairly decent job generating a lather with the Omega boar brush and the Tabac shave soap. My only complaint from this set up was the burn I got from the Shulton Old Spice. The Proctor & Gamble formula does that affect me like that at all. A question to pose on the aftershaves thread I suppose. Enjoy the weekend!

    14th:

    T&H West Indies Lime

1910 Single Ring that arrived in the mail today w/ a fresh Feather
    Thayer's Lemon
    Osage Rub
    TSD Lime ASM
    T&H West Indies Lime cologne

Not the best shave ever. The single ring is more aggressive that I'd expected!

    Ahoï Capt'n!!

Good one! Though I'd much prefer Roy Andersson, much more brassy...
See, as I live there Up North I figured I would have to welcome the Vikings if they decided to return someday, and learned some basics...
Heck, I had to! I'd be front-line, right!??

Though, given where you live, you might as well know a good deal about these Northmen, but that was *years* ago!!

Anyway, back on the SOTD track...
Men, tack så mycket att komma med!!
    Ha det bra ni allt!!

Fifth and final day (and shave) using the D. R. Harris Arlington Shave Stick ("Dr. Arly") from the epic thread "How Many Shaves to the bottom of a Shave Stick?"

    Prep: Kyle's Prep (it's always Kyle's Prep)
Razor: Muhle R89 (new head design)
    Blade: Red Personna
    Soap/Cream: Dr. Arly
Brush: BaBE (Badger and Blade Essential)
    Aftershave: Proraso AS splash
    Cologne: Aqua Velva Musk

Very nice two pass shave. Thanks for the memories, Doc!

    Thanks for reading!
