I have a Silver handle Slim adjustable and was wondering how it compared to the Black handle Slim (trying to add to the RAD).

I've got them both and find that they shave equally well. I have not been able to identify any differences between their shaving heads.

Painted metal.
I have three black handled slims, and I love them all equally (and, I must admit, more than I do my Super Speed or Fat Boy). One is long handled, with full chrome head; another is almost the same, but the head has a black plastic base; the third is a "shorty" with full chrome head. The one with the half plastic head is actually the most mild-mannered of the bunch, the other two being slightly more aggressive.

I've had no difficulties with the handle on the Super Adjustables; however, I have found several of these where the handle had unscrewed from the razor head and required a bit of time to get it back together and adjusted correctly. For that reason, I tend to like the handle on the Slim Adjustable more -- it just seems to be more rugged. That being said, I do like the Super Adjustables more than the Fat Boy -- and prefer the short handle variety over the long handle.
