Shaving Setups from the 40's, 50's, 60's ??

So what would be the typical shaving gear setup for these era's?
example:
50's
Fat Boy Razor
Gillette Blades
Old Spice Shave Soap
Aqua Velva After Shave
??
Just curious as to what was used in these different era's
I remember some stuff from the 50's when I was a little guy.
What do the people that have this knowledge say.

I was -26 years old in 1960 so...

In 1977 I started shaving and used the following kit:

• Gillette DE razor (don't remember the model, but it was a metal TTO with a black handle)
• Wilkinson Sword blades
• A no-name boar brush
• Old Spice tallow puck
• Old Spice mug
• Old Spice after shave

At that young age I didn't know any of the tricks I've learned here (my dad was always away from the house on business travel in those days). Back then my lather was not much better than soapy liquid, I constantly nicked myself, no more than one pass, and always had razor burn.

In the 50's & 60's my father used:

Gilette Milord razor
Red Tip SuperSpeed razor
Gillette Blue blades (switched to Wilkinson Sword stainless in the 60's)
Noxzema shave cream
Peerless boar brush
Mennen Skin Bracer AS

In the 60's I used:

Gillette Knack razor
Gillette stainless blades
Noxzema shave cream
Ever Ready boar brush
Old Spice AS
