Thread: Disorder?

    Default Disorder?

I started wet shaving 10 years ago based on reading something about it in a magazine and shopping in a local cutlery store. I have been happily using Col. Conk soaps w/ a Conk pure badger brush...until I discovered this forum!

I spent many hours reading posts and sticky's, which drove me to acquire CADE soap, Bigelow cream (Proraso), CE Sienna cream + AS, KMF cream, Burt's Bees AS, and an AoS Alum block...all things I could get at the mall.

Then I spent more hours on B&B thus driving me to place an order for Tabac soap (to see what all the fuss is about), a Rooney 2/1 Super, a scuttle, another DE razor for the wife, and a nice brush and razor stand.

    B&B's forum is quite powerful!

I still have on my mind....new aftershave, another brush, and more soap (interested in Trumper Rose)

    Does it ever end?

I suppose it's difficult to feed the ADs from the grave... though I'd bet some of our number will try their best. Aftershave... that's one AD I haven't tackled yet...

Or sever all communication whilst living on a deserted island.

Possibly, but if so it is very miniscule...

This point was made before, and I believe the response was that it wouldn't be a day and you'd be trying to figure out how to make a shave cream from the coconuts and how to sharpen that clam shell into a razor.

Once you got it, you got it.
It may go dormant for a bit, but it WILL be back.

    It's like Malaria, but fun.
