Default Looking for a trench coat

I'd like to pick up a stylish trench coat. Here in the Pacific Northwest we get a fair amount of rain. I'd like a coat that's stylish enough for business, but that can take a bit of abuse. I'm a little bit rough on my clothes. Appreciate any tips. Cheers!

You should try a capote alentejano, a typical portuguese trench coat...

Funny enough, I was looking at some trenches today too. Right now, I'm interested in a Barbour Maclennan Trench or Outrider. But when I was looking up those coats, I found this link:

Maybe it will be useful for you? I thought it was pretty interesting at least.

I wouldn't change my Aquascutum for anything! Fairly easy to find on ebay...

THIS WAS A BAD, BAD IDEA!
I visited the above link, clicked on a picture of a trench coat and was taken to a site that wanted to sell me an ATT phone. If this was supposed to be a joke, it's not a good one. I would like to know what the idea is of posting a link like this on this site. In the meantime, I just wanted to caution all other members not to click on the link above until and unless this is cleared up.

I assure this was no joke. When you click the link, it takes you to an article called "Ballin’ vs. Budget: 12 Trench Coats For Fall 2009" It has 12 trench coats that are separated into six themes. It shows you an expensive version of the trench coat and a less expensive version that is similar looking.

As PeterBS mentioned, the link does work. I've also attached a screenshot of the website to further confirm it's validity. I hypothesize that your browser resolution settings are set at a lower resolution and as a result, the site's layout appears incorrectly and the advertisements all appear before the article (you might have to scroll down like PeterBS said).

Hopefully you will be able to access the site and I hope it's useful to you in any way.

Here is a link to a site that custom makes suits, overcoats....

You can't get much better, without going to a tailor.

I purchased several times from this store so here's two links and a 20% discount for 3 days: MHC4324N

No all sizes are available so make sure before you buy.
I like waxed cotton - it's durable and looks good but you might want to consider leather as well for a long term investment.
