How many blades do you have Stockpiled?

Hi

I have 500 plus DE and around 100 plus SE.

Looks like my rate of acquisition is far faster than my rate of comsumption. Must the razor blades AD

Can't help it that my local store sells 100 Gillette Thins for $6 and they tend to run out shortly after they restock. (Justifying in vain for my AD)

I've got 3300 - but none of the choices allowed that...

Why have I got so many? Well every time I find I like a blade, they discontinue it - so it's a case of find a blade, buy an armful, move along look for another...

I just bought 200 blades to keep my shipping costs down. When ever my supply gets to under 20, I order 200 more blades. My blades last me three shaves.

I've stockpiled the following.
1000 Super Iridiums
500 Swedes
300 Kais
200 7'Oclock yellows
and assorted groups of 100 blades from various makers.

These will more than last for the remainder of my life. Especially now that I am using a straight 95% of the time. Actually, it just might be time to engage in a little stash reduction if I can ever find the time to go through all of them.

Thanks! Yes, I've been wetshaving for 20 years. As a matter of fact two years ago I had around 2100 blades and now only 1550 is a bit alarming to me

Not that many extra - not even 20% assuming he has 3900

Anyway - 200 more landed since I posted - so 3500ish (my inventory spreadsheet says 3530) - and there are 300 more en route

i started at 1000 derby blades in jan and havn't used to many since, and would like to order another 1000. that would last till probably after i die. i don't like having to keep rebuying consumables i use often.
