    Default A little bit fancy.

We were shopping the other day for some new work shoes (couldn't find any nice Oxbloods, so I had to scrounge up some on the internet), and we walked away with this:

    *cough*

I blame the wife, but I still think it is a stunning set. Show of your favourite ceramics that you own (or covet).

You don't need a picture because you've seen it. I covet a Moss scuttle (especially since I have no hot water at my home at the moment)

That's a gorgeous and stunning set of china, but I'd be real hesitant to actually eat off of them.

Haha, I know exactly what you are saying there. Noritake is a pretty sturdy brand. I have used a smaller Torak Blue set from the same brand and it has shown little wear after five years or so.

So, should be fine for occasional use. The first time will be hardest though .

My wife and I both like dishes. My favorite set is an antique set if Johnson Brothers, Home for the Holidays, supplemented with Friendly Village. We use that for Thanksgiving.

We have the Lenox, Christmas set.

The china for the rest of the year (special occasions) is shown below.

Thanks. It was an inheritance from a Great Aunt, we didn't even know. It is Towle brand and I do not know anything about it.
