    Default I think I found my (blade) true love...

    Red Pack Personnas.

    Smooth & close. Couldn't ever get a Derby to work well - always chewed me up. Dorcos work OK for me, but are not as sharp as they could be. Personna has hit the sweet spot for me over the last two days!

    For me, Shark super stainless hits that sweet spot. I can't seem to say enough about them. Ymmv, of course.

    The Red Packs are an excellent blade at a very reasonable price.

    Me too. They are the perfect balance between sharp and forgiving.
