How do i get this haircut?

You'll need something akin to Redken's Rough Paste to get that look. Other products will likely work but that one has been very handy. As it starts to grow out you'll need some spray or stronger hold product.
 
Profile pics are worthless and meant nothing.You can't see the face...a lots of subjectivity if you pic this photo to your barber.
 
A gel wax should do the trick
You want something that's gonna hold your hair in place but not make it look like it's set in stone.
I like Rusk Wired for that.
Redken is another good suggestion

Seriously, any place that is half way decent at cutting mens hair should be able to do a fair replication if they see what it is you want.

I agree, also that cut looks to be done with clippers and a texturizing razor.

Any reputable place should be able to do it.

As far as hair product I would pick up some Paul Mitchell Tea Tree shaping cream. That should do the trick with possibly a little bit of hairspray for a windy day.
