Awesome B&B on the Treo 700P

I got my new phone the other day and to my amazement B&B comes up on the browser pretty well. In fact right now I am writing this message from my Treo 700P. I just thought that is really cool.

Matt, that's pretty cool. Is it thinner than the 650? I am waiting for my current contract to run out before I purchase a smart phone.

Matt-- Are you using Blazer or some other browser, like Opera?

On my '650 B&B is just "OK" with Blazer, but renders really well with Opera. Unfortunately Opera crashes my '650 quite frequently.

Not really sure how big the 650 is. They look about the same from the pciture of the 650. I was using a very old Samsung I500 before this phone. I was reluctant to get rid of it because it was really small and a flip. Times are a changing though and I do not think that there is ever going to be another flip smartphone again.

I am running Blazer 4.5 in optimized mode. Takes a little get used to but the functionality is all there. Pictures come up well too. I will have to check it out in wide page mode. Just did, it is all right but having to scroll across too is a bit annoying. I will have to try another browser like opera too.

No, they're almost exactly the same size and I think the 700 is like .1oz heavier... as though could tell

I can't wait to replace my 650. Folks I know with the 700P and 700W love them; however I'm waiting until the next generation comes out. My requirements are a much smaller size (like the new Blackjack, but smaller in length and width) and WiFi.

I've surfed B&B on the tiny screen of my I-mate SP5 (Cingular 2125/T-Mobile MDA-II). Its actually quite easy if you configure your browser right, or use Google's web-to-mobile converter from a GMail linkout.
