With the Sticky being sort of an afterthought by that ebay seller... can you imagine their surprise and glee when they saw the completion of that auction? Surely they will be on the lookout for some more razors to sell. I'm certain they were not expecting anything close to a $100.00 auction closing price on that one. As for the Wilkinson buyer...good fortune.

Actually I got lucky too, I had money for other things.

How about this one? I knew I should have just placed a bid on it, but since the head looked a little weird I asked the seller about it. By the time I got a response, someone must have given him an offer, and he took it, because there was no Buy It Now originally.

Yeah, really! You stole that one....excellent score.

This is a beautiful razor and I am really intrigued by it. Most vintage razors don't seem to come close to this pricing. I assume the Sticky commands the price it does because of its rarity and aesthetics, but is it also considered a great shaver?
