Default Best Injector for newbie coming from M3?

I'm interested in getting an injector as Ive heard the learning curve is much shorter than a DE for those coming from cartridge razors. What is a good injector for a newbie that will provide very close shaves and also which blades would you recommend?

They are all good. The 70s Type L are nice and give a great shave, and should be relatively easy to find.

I love the small, older ones from the 40s with the bakelite handle, but the learning curve from an M3 is steeper because this razor is quite aggressive and requires an uber-light touch.

For blades I suggest the Schick-branded blades sold on drugstore.com. Some are made in China and some in Germany, but both are high quality blades.
