My coolest shave since some weeks is with

Faulding shave cream
Men-u Synthetic Brush
Gillette Arctic Ice AS
Not really sold on these Laser Ultra blades, they seem rougher than the green 7 O'Clocks that I have been using the last couple of days.
But it did seem to perform better nearer to the end of the shave, will see what happens tomorrow with the blade, could be a candidate for corking next time.
