On days I only do cardio (meaning no weight lifting) I also do an ab workout. Is it best to do cardio first, then abs or abs then cardio? Or is it best to mix the two....like sprint for 4 minutes, do a few sets, run again etc.? What would you do?

Mix the two. Run....abs....run....abs....run....abs...etc
I always do abs with my anaerobic workouts.

Yep, do the ab workout on the same day you do your weight training and then cardio by itself on the other days. I need to just get back into it! Why does it have to be so hard?
