Edwin Jagger's "BLACK BADGER" vs "PURE BADGER"?

Am looking at tortoise-shell handles and came across these two.

Can anyone tell me the difference between Edwin Jagger's "BLACK BADGER" and "PURE BADGER"??? - {Links attached}

I'm aware of Pure, Best, Super, Silvertips... but what are the characteristics of "Black" Badger?

And which is higher in quality between Pure and Black?

I think they are the same brush. The only difference is the description by the retailer. The only company that I know of that uses a specific "black" grade of hair is Plisson.
