2nd DE shave, still going smooth.

Tried my 2nd round last night, used my Merkur 34c with the merkur blade, haslinger aloe shave soap, cheapo drugstore brush ( my rooney 3/1 hasn't arrived yet) and had another great smooth shave. I even tried some atg on the face, not the neck, and woke up this morning still smooth and smelling of Old Spice. I guess the trick is to follow the advice on these threads as close as possible because I'm diggin this "new" way to shave.

You'll love the Rooney 3/1 when it comes. I've been using one for about a year and a half (shortly after I started wetshaving) and have great results with both soap and cream. Welcome to the hobby!
