    Default Dopp kit help

Ok, so I need to rediscover what new items and what items to remove from my dopp kit..

Is there like a mini bowl or something for lather prep?
What about shaving soaps? Do I just melt the soap in a smaller plastic container?

ummm.. not sure how to fit this bowl in my dopp kit?

Shaving stick for soap and either face lather or use this for lathering

umm soap stick.. need to get one and practice while at home before I take off...

does local stores carry shaving soap sticks? Walmart? Walgreens? CVS? or is that speciality thing that I might need to order online?

Probably need to order online. I'd recommend a palmolive shave stick. You can find them at superlather.com and the shave den store.

$4 or $5 dollars or so... And it's an underrated product.

I have never see shave sticks in any of the normal stores. I highly recommend shave sticks from Charles at QED (qedusa.com). I have been traveling with a Pine and Cedarwood stick for the last few months and plan to try some of the other scents soon. YMMV.

No need for a bowl. Use a shave stick or cup the puck in your hand and work the brush with the other

Most hotels will give you a water glass next to the sink in the bathroom. Smaller travel brushes are able to lather up satisfactorily in most of these.
