I'll be honest with you gentlemen, this shave was pretty **** poor and it could be because of a number of things. I'll attribute to one of two; either the blade was faulty, or my razor had too much soap residue on it for it to be able to perform up to it's abilities. I'd like to think it was the latter of the two so I gave it a good Scrubbing Bubbles bath afterwards so it'll be all set for the next go around. The Speick lathered up nicely and I liked to Floid so much from Saturday that I decided to use it again this morning. I'm glad I did. Because of the fact that I am/was aggravated with this morning's results, you may not hear from me again until the end of the week.

Good shave, but I dropped my six day old Conk apothecary mug in the sink and broke it . May have been a blessing in disguise because I face lathered for the first time and I ended up with a darn good shave.

It is a 1966 London Assay Mark. Italics run from 1956 ~ 1974 (a thru t with the exclusion of j).
