Heh, there used to be a website dedicated to teens/adults to get them to do social experiments that got them outside.

It was pretty fun at the least, and challenging. Cool part was I made a good many new friends doing some of these. One was "meet one new person every day for the next week, and offer help to a total stranger at least once a day for 5 days this week". It's tougher than you would think, unless you change your schedule around a bit.
