I have a Blendtec and I love to pulverize ice into ice-cream and especially sorbet. I love freezing tea, Grapefruit juice, Schweppes bitter lemon or tonic water and than blend it into sorbet. Adding Vermouth, Gin or Limoncello can be fun as well.
Any tips or recipes are welcome.
