Nice, Nenox. Someday I'll own a Nenox.

    What stones are those?

Is that a Hattori 120mm petty? If it is I have that same knife. I like it quite a bit.

    What is the Gene?

    Shawn,

The small knife is a Misono Molybdenum Paring Knife.

The knives with wooden Saya Covers are cheap picnic knives that were being closed out.

The stone is a 8000 Kitayama.

The "Gene" is a coffee roaster.

    Very nice Jim! Congratulations!

I think I'll need to test that stone....

Santa brought me some lumps of coal !!

20 lbs. of Hardwood lump Charcoal!!

Also a BGE apron so when I step out behind the house in the middle of the night to check smoker temps. I'll look a little more presentable than in just my boxers.

Too many goodies to mention this holiday season, but here are a few. The knife is a Masamoto VG-10 gyuto, 240mm. Mrs. Scotto has good taste in knives!

Great knife and an even better cook book. I like his take on quiche, yummy and pretty much everything else.

So is that flashlight bright enough for you?

Nice knife! (I'm not going to ask how many you have at this point.)
    Nice book!

Congrats! Have you ever tried Wicked Good Lump? It is my favorite and burns forever in the Egg.

Got a hand crank pasta machine.
Cranked out some lasagna, probably not the best test, but the easiest to roll out :-P

Made a pancetta & artichoke heart lasagna with a cream sauce. Good stuff!

Have not tried that brand, but will keep an eye out for it.
I do see it listed over in the review section at www.nakedwhiz.com

    So far I've tried:
    Lazzari (regular)
    Lazzari Mesquite
    Full Circle
    Mali (US)
    Big Green Egg
