Check out my chubby restoration

I already posted this pic in the Acquisitions thread, but thought I'd share it here as well. It's a Hoffritz rebranded Chubby 3. I had to tear the old knot out cause it just stank of pea and cologne. This is what it looks like after my 1 AM restoration project.

I'll definitely post back when I use it. I gotta let it dry at least until tonight at 1 AM, so I'll probably use it tomorrow night.

They aren't the same as the 2-band knots like Rooney Finest, HMW or Simpsons 2-band supers. But they're still very nice knots and are an amazing value.

Man, that's a nice looking brush

The knot at the base is about 30mm. It's cool though, cause I wet the brush last night just to see what it's bloom will be like, and it blooms less than a pure badger Col. Conk's I had that had a 24mm knot.
I'm gonna use it today, and if it doesn't work for me, I'll send you a PM ambrose
