I went to Finley's today and got a hair cut. It is a very nice place, they really try make if feel like a place for men to hang out. The offer you a beer, wine, cup of coffee when you come in, all complementary. The hair cut includes, washing and conditioning your hair, face massage with hot towel, hot towel on neck and a pretty nice neck rub. Then they cut your hair, blow dry and style, hair gel if you want it. They ask if you want your eyebrows trimmed. Shaving the neck, and around the ears with a disposable straight, they do use Truefitt and Hill shaving products. After the neck shave and another hot towel to remove the cream and hair, T&H 1805 ASB was applied to my neck, you can also try all of the EDT's.
For $25 I was pretty happy with it. I will go back again.
Straight razor shave is $20. Pretty tempting. They sell all the T&H shaving products to include brushes and razors, creams, soaps, ASBs and EDT.
Some of the things that they do differently from other places I have been to.
You face the center of the room instead of staring at yourself in the mirror. I liked it quite a bit.
They have several flat screens with sports and news playing.
They also have a lounge in the back where you can wait for your barber its got one big flat screen, lots of magazines, Wall Street Journal. No women's magazines.
Eric cut my hair, he went to barber school 24 years ago and he is a third generation barber. Their was a female barber in their as well, I didn't catch her name. She is also a third generation barber.
On a weekday they have 6 people working there but only 3 are barbers and can do straight razor shaves.
The 1805 EDT I sampled smelled very nice, at first. It quickly turned in to a very sweet smelling almost womanly perfume. My wife smelled it and she was like

I'm glad I resisted the temptation to buy it.
