depending on how big of a puff you take, and on the coils your using, I usually have to drip every 5-6 puffs.
dripping is when people refer to using a type of rebuildable atomizer that does not have tanks so you have to "drip" the e-juice on the wicks.

yup arko is pretty awesome, the smell, some people just hate it, and I can kind of see why. Personally I dont mind the scent, but the lather it produces...awesome
