I work with someone who reminds me so much of Sheldon. Happily I don't have to live with him....
I've seen similar messages in the past related to Outlook, or possibly other mail applications.
What system are you using? What applications are running? If you're using Outlook, does this...
I've got the Nevermore Whiskey one. It only has whiskey hint, but it smells fantastic.
I also got some from Tree and Sapling on Etsy (the name escapes me now).
They both work really well.
My...
Same here. I wouldn't have thought they're big enough for longer blades.
Congratulations! I'm not there yet, but I think I will be some day!
After a break I was inspired by an old Japanese barber and the way she wielded a folding DX. I went home, got out my folding Kai...
Totally agree. The Kai captains are also excellent razors.
If there's a chance of the razor mysteriously going walkabout at university though, I would suggest the CJB is a good option.

I use and enjoy Grooveshark, but being in Japan my choices are very limited.
I really enjoy Tunein as well though, which was mentioned above.
Rakuten global has folding and non-folding for 10,000 yen each.
Amazon Japan has the folder at 5250 yen and the non-folder at 9500.
(I tried to post links but when I did and tried to open from...
Not sure if this is new or just new to me (although it's only been on Amazon Japan a couple of months), but Kai have introduced this razor, called the "Luffy."
It appears to have a lip at the end,...
I hate to be the dissenting voice here, but unless I use it with a brush (and I only use it on my head) I find the lather is one of the worse I've ever used. The menthol is weak, and the only reason...
I have no issues with their products, but I've emailed them 3 or 4 times in the last 3 weeks and not had so much as an acknowledgement of my mails.
I won't be ordering from them again.
Thanks Giant Kiwi!
Yeah we're both excited but nervous!
Congrats on your daughter
Thanks for the interest, but the set is sold pending payment.
Thank you sir! Our first arrival and we can't wait (some nerves of course!)
A few more pics of the CJB
Gentlemen, ladies, shoppers.
With a baby on the way (less than 3 weeks! :scared:) money is getting tighter. As a result, new purchases have to be balanced with sales.
Therefore, I'm looking to...
I'm interested in these kinds of shoes. I had ACL reconstruction about 15 months ago, and I know what you mean about the body overcompensating.
The thing is, I've never tried those shoes, and I...
I dug mine out for a warm spring day last weekend. Mixed it with a blob of 444 balm and hit my face with it. My eyes were still watering 15 minutes later. Glorious stuff! Great before going out...
Very generous Pif!
Yep, I do the same with all my a/s splashes. Works very well, and despite the small size of the tube, you don't need a lot each time.
So in the start, when your shaves are not as good, would you touch up with a DE/SE or would you just put up with looking and feeling a bit scruffy that day? (well that's how I feel anyway!)
Both excellent razors. Slant is much easier to use in my opinion. The Feather has much more of a learning curve, but if you're prepared to put the time in then it'll be worth the extra effort.
If...
I have a couple of different models. They're both well made and are (IMO) worth more than you'd have to pay for them.
I have some of the Nevermore Whiskey on order. Looking forward to trying this out. On mornings when I feel rushed this sounds like it would be perfect. Sounds great for headshaving, too.
Last CD i bought was Cat Stevens' "Tea for the Tillerman."
I heard the title track at the end of "Extras" and just decided to buy it online.
Apologies if this has already been discussed around here, but has anyone tried the wooden handled non-folding SS model? I'd never even seen it before.
...
Feather has a bunch of different cartridge razors, but I never fancied using any kind of carts since I first started with DEs.
I've only ever used TOBS once. It cost me about 6 quid and nothing I've used since has come close (IMO) to the quality of the shaves it provided.
I don't consider it overrated. Some people...
Yeah I got a Skype number and then my plans changed. As was stated above though, you can cancel it easily enough if for some reason you're not satisfied.
That's a bit of a surprise to me! I've had the same tube for about 17 months now. Still, if Alum works for you then it's no big deal I guess.
Yep.
Works very well, but leaves a kind of whitish patch on my face. No big deal for me as a predominantly evening shaver.
I have a few different SEs so count me out, but very generous of you (and LUVEMYSUPER before you!)
I just watched Forest Gump for the first time. I really enjoyed it. Not sure why I put it off for so long.
Either of those razors would be fine to start with I think. Pick one, get a blade sampler, some soap and a brush, and get to work!
Welcome to B&B!
I'm looking forward to seeing them, I've enjoyed all the episodes so far.
Body Shop Macca Root.
Due to this being a Gentlemen's forum I'm saying absolutely nothing about her, which I think says everything I want to.
Only the disposable blade straights, such as the Feather Artist Club razors and Kai razors. Also the CJB which is much cheaper.
My injectors shave as well as my Cobra did, which is why I didn't...
