Getting fresh usually keeps the comments at bay around here.
You could tell her-
Either she will leave you alone, or you will have an interesting time!
That is the going rate. It is good stuff.
People say that playing the lottery is a waste of money. Nonsense, it is purchasing a 5 min $1 dream.
What would I do- well it kind of depends on how much I win. If I win $300 million, I'd only...
May the Lord bless your family with health and happiness!
May Frodo cast your Toggle into the Pit of Fire for your heresy.
scoff... tsk... scoff...
That movie was brilliance! Mel Brooks level comic genius!
All the T&H creams lather the same, finding a scent you like is up to you. 1805 is nice, Trafalgar is better. Before committing to a scent you wasn't sure of, you could have got the sampler.

PM me your info and I will PIF you a SuperSpeed to get started with.
Pick that puck of soap up and use it like a shave stick...
A lot of PIFs go on behind the scenes, too. We are a decent lot.
One trick I learned after a long time, pick the puck up and use it as a shave stick. I use my Conk Bay Rum like that, it is great....
Mine stole a Super Adjustable from me, she is using it when she isn't in Wookie mode.
She uses hair conditioner for here shave cream.
It is awesome that even after a truthful description, people still want to try it.
A lesson to BSing marketers.
There is something about the actual creation and use of a physical model that just cannot yet be replicated by CGI.
Maybe it is the way the light plays upon it. It is just more "real".
The same...
Creams?? No I'm talking about the infamous stick! Why would we be talking about the cream?
Oh, wait.... This is the Cream forum isn't it? Dang it!
Over the years, I have developed a fondness...
I don't HATE it, it is just not my favorite by a LONG shot.
Same reason that I don't care for Tabac. The scent is not pleasant to me, which would be ok since it lathers well except that it is in...
How did I miss that????
That is unique. What a great handle.
You are the king of brush restores, my friend.
Turn a negative into a positive. Tell her that she can stay but her clothes have to go.
Or lather up real good and go try to kiss her and get SC all over.
Some permutation of that will either...
Nice restore(s).
Here is my first, the one giving the problem-

I am trying the cleaning routine.
I get no irritation from the pure badger. So far, the difference in softness is minimal to me.
Got told the same thing in Denham Springs, LA. Evidently one of the fancy barbers from New Orleans has been combing the countryside looking for supplemental income.
All due respect, your version of chemistry is atrocious. If I represented water the way you represent BHT, I'd be trying to convince people it was highly flammable because it was made of hydrogen and...
I was getting a month out of a can of goo and a week out of a cartridge.
I did a write up on the very subject...
My regular brush is a Col Conk in Pure Badger, used 100's of times. I did a brush restore with a TGN Silvertip, and I am about 6 shaves in with it.
I was noticing that I just couldn't get awesome...
I like Wild Turkey Rye, it is very nice and complex. Bulleit comes in right along side Wild Turkey Rye.
Beam and Overholt are a little one dimensional, makes them come off as medicinal.
I like Bulleit Rye. It is one of the better ones I have tried.
Ryes are my favorite whiskey. I like the spicy notes that come through. Some are medicinal, but Bulleit is very pleasant.
I get cryovac packs of beef brisket from Walmart for about $2.39/lb, that have both first and second cuts in them and a ton of fat. I am willing to bet that it will make a hell of a beef sausage.

I have Wusthof and Henckel shears and they are nice but not the best for cutting the backbone out of chickens. There are some that look like pruning shears that are probably better for that.
Pork butts have a natural 70/30 fat ratio if the fat cap is on. It is when using other cuts or other critters, like venison, where you truly start needing the extra fat. So it works for them, but...
I didn't get a boudin recipe. Gumbo Pages has one, though. Their recipes are always dead on for serious cajun food.

Excellent sausage making class. I won't post the WHOLE syllabus but if requested, I'll PM it to you.
This is the Andouille, the cajun smoked sausage.

The stuffer in the foreground is a Sausage Maker stuffer, the others are Grizzly/LEM style with plastic. Chef said that after 6+ years of a *lot* of sausage making...
The 40's SS should be worth $20-$25 on it's own, those give incredible shaves. Dang good deal on this group.
And that Gem Micromatic OC is sought after by aggressive razor fans.
This is why you aren't getting as close as you want, not your gear. 21 shaves isn't enough experience to master old school shaving. In fact, you should be just about the point here you quit bleeding...
Oh crap...
That is a new one isn't it?
Err... Your Dog Injests Worms? That is rude!
Nah, can't be right... You Don't Invest in Walmart? I wouldn't either.
Nah, that isn't right... Your...
Just had some delivered from bestshave.net
Highly recommended.

A small white washcloth. They usually get grungy, bleached thin, and replaced often. Which is fine by me.
That would be the smart thing to do, I can't say I always meet that standard, though. :letterk1:
That goes for the neo-hippies, guidos and sorostitutes who smoke dope, too. There is benzine in that smoke, and it gets sprayed with pesticides as well.
Tried it your way. I think that might work the best.
Seems very logical too. No need to buy an aftershave only to have the scent drop off after a couple of hours, then need a cologne anyway.

For maximum efficiency and minimum effort, a shave stick and face lathering is the way to go.
It is not the only way to get a perfect lather, but it is definitely the easiest and fastest.
