I missed out on the M&F buy, but that's okay - the L7 is a classic shape that Lee makes quite often, so I can always buy another, just like that one if I so choose. This combo is one run & done....

Actually, Tony, if you're a fan of the books, the movie was kinda disappointing. Don't be in a rush.
I'm underway, and seem to be having trouble uploading a photo. Someone please take my turn.
That is Hitchhiker's Guide.
I've been rather remiss in posting in this thread...
Tonight was HOTW in the Christmas Tinsky.
I use quick, fairly hard (harder than when drawing on the lit pipe, just hard enough to draw the flame into the bowl) puffs while moving the match around the surface of the bowl. Gets the job done...
Hahahaha, great minds think alike, Bucko.
Not 100% sure, but I think that's K-PAX.
Okay then. Similarly "sorta" connected, and easy. Please play on...
"Only one thing counts in this world: get them to sign on the line which is dotted."
Hahaha. Maatt Daaay-munn!
Team America -maybe the only line from the movie you could post here
WAG...Pineapple Express?
This.
Hah! I'm still a fairly new guy at this pipe game (although a fairly new guy with a fairly obscene acquisition disorder). Only been at it about 18 months or so. I'm still learning, amigo.
Oh believe me, Ed, I've read up on it. I'm just curious if anyone has any first-hand impressions.
In case anyone doesn't know what I'm talking about...

So, I'm finding myself fascinated by the look of sandblasted morta pipes (Beckers in particular). Although I'm afraid they are out of my price range for the time being, I am still curious...any of...
You wanna change your guess?
Is there a connection, Till? 'Cuz I'm coming up with squat.

Got to be Trainspotting.
Pike...Pike...Nope, I got nothin'.
:confused1
Yes Ben, it certainly does. Snappy, Tarantino-esque dialogue, clever twists, and a good bit of humor thrown in for good measure. Not in my top ten or anything, but a definitely enjoyable way to kill...

Your guess is as good as anyone's. :001_cool:
Okay, here's where it stands with five days to go. Don't miss your chance to get something. For nothing.

You believe correctly.
I figure if I post enough quotes from it, eventually you will give up and watch it.
Here's another:
"That was my son. Notice how I said 'was'?"
"Yeah."
"That's because he's dead....

Gotta go with Gladiator there.
"What happened to your nose?"
"I was using it to break some guy's fist."
Oh, is that Pearl Harbor then? I was thinking Saving Private Ryan at first but I didn't remember the line at all.
Yum.
Still needed an imdb scan. For some reason I was thinking earlier, that one didn't even cross my mind. I should be ashamed. :blushing:
This is really bugging me. Can't place this scene.
Put it on a flat, hard surface and give the pivot a few light taps with a ball peen hammer. Flip it over and repeat.
I somehow missed out on the group buy, but I think I know where this is heading.
Pic didn't ring a bell, so I checked imdb real quick. Bet I'd have a pretty good guess now. :001_tongu
'Course.
Looks like Till is offline, and I don't know how long I'll be up, so I used my google fu to confirm.
One more down this road. Ed will (rightfully) say I've mined this particular vein too often,...
 The benefits of a classical education.
