I don't think this is an easy screen shot to identify it either, unless you've seen the movie, in which this will stand out as a pretty goofy scene that has little to do with the rest of the movie.

Yeah, saw peter cushing, it did not look like one of his hammer horrors, it was in black and white, the fashions put it after '55 but before about '65. That all narrowed it down to one or two films

Ok, here we go. I had to cut out a big clue at the bottom but this is one of the images that always stuck with me from the video tape copy I had of this movie as a child (I think my parents hated me).
I gotta hit the sack so I'll add another one before I turn in. That should be a much stronger clue.
