Scream of fear, 1961?
You got it.
Another of the Hammer films. They are almost all treasures. They are always better than their horror-film, b-movie, advertising would lead you to believe. Even if they *are* b-movie horror films! In this case maybe not -- you go into it expecting one kind of movie and slowly realize you are being led astray ...
Besides our heroine Susan Strasberg, it has the great Christopher Lee. He must have lived at Hammer Studios for years. Here they both are...

Close, here is a clue "Angels" is in the title.
I have a guess but it is a long shot. I think that is Peter Fonda and as we now see it involves motorcycles. That would imply The Wild Angels (1966). The time frame looks about right, but other pictures I can find all have a different "look".
So, my official guess is The Wild Angels .

it is actually a still from Tran Anh Hung's third film, 'The Vertical Ray of the Sun.'
Scent was his first, and Cyclo his second. His wife is the actress in the image, and she has appeared in every one of his films to date (which only amounts to four).

Well, Lee Marvin is one of those people that are instantly recognizable even from the back. Donald Sutherland is also hard to miss. Then there are the WWII uniforms.
I'm sure I've seen that movie at least four times over the years.
