I just went to Bath and Body Works today and they are having a father's day sale until July 3rd. You get buy one get one on ANY Co Bigelow product. I got two tubes of Proraso for 10 bucks! Be sure to stock up if you need to.

At the B&BW's in Michigan it is buy 2 get 2 free. The first one I went to only had two big ones and a bunch of small ones. I said screw that I'm not getting ripped off. So I had them call another local one and hold four large ones. Good deal :)

I saw that at my Bath and Body Works too. As of yet there is no review of that product on this site. So let us know how it works out for you. I am kind of curious to know if it is something you can work with a brush, or not. Some so called "brushless" creams disintegrate into nothing, if you attempt to work them with a brush.

If you do a search for Proraso on Bath, and Body Works, nothing will come up. You need to search for C.O. Bigelow Shave Cream, here is the link:

My Bath and Body Works was out of the large tubes of the shaving cream, so I picked up two of the smaller tubes for a mere $5.30. When I returned today to buy some of the Aftershave balm, they only had two tubes of the shave cream in stock. No, I didn't buy it, but I should have, since at $5.30 for two tubes, it's a great deal!!

I may be wrong, but just because the shaving cream is made by Poraso doesn't mean that every CO Bigelow product is. They may just outsource the actual shaving cream in a tube. I saw that product there as well when I picked up my tubes.

I understand....guess I was just confused by all the green tubes and bottles that they had on display. Lol.

I was rushing to find the stuff before they closed and forgot what it looked like exactly. If I don't use it, maybe my father would like it.

I have a feeling they were right. :frown: I was lucky enough to find another store with four large tubes remaining, but according to the BBW website the product is unavailable. I don't know if that means forever or if they are indicating it was discontinued...

Im not sure if this is true this is or not, but the person at B&BW told me that once they sell it all they arent planning on carrying CO Bigelow cream anymore. :eek:

It's not Proraso. That stuff is a spray in gel form. You simply spray it on.

Thanks for the tip. I grabbed a large Prosaro/Bigelow green tube of shave cream yesterday and used it for the first time ever this morning. I see why folks say what they do about Prosaro. I thought was very nice and I got great lather using very little product.

I too picked up a couple of tubes of the Bigelow stuff at BBW. Only ones they had were $5 a tube so picked them up. I did ask the lady if they were discontinuing the line and she said not that she had heard of.

Had first shave with it this morning and really enjoyed it. The eucalyptus is nice and the lather was good. Very smooth shave! I might have to go get a few more tubes to keep me well stocked.
