Gentle Reader:

One must first be concerned about your thoughts regarding the mere possibility of "too much cheese." A true Cheddarite would know that such a thing is impossible.

However, due to your flowage concerns, I shall answer your question. Clearly, the correct answer is to "add more jalepeno." Once sufficient levels have been reached, any and all "stoppage" concerns will be promptly allayed.

no, I was just rushing skimming new posts, and read too fast...sometimes that leads to funny interpretations

as for the "phone is ringing" thing, that particular day it seemed like I couldn't stay off the phone, had to put my bluetooth headset on the charger halfway through the day, then my work cell phone battery started complaining, and by the time I went home, my personal cell phone was yelling "feed me"....so with all the ringing phones, that Beavis & Butthead line was going through my head...

but then I also remembered the "ring-ring" part from this: (around the 1:40 mark):

OK, now that's nowhere close to funny...earlier this morning at my desk I felt something on my leg above my sock - figured it to be my shoelace standing up under my pant leg, so I shake my leg and it goes away.

In the process of shaking my leg, I rearrange my feet to get more comfortable and carry on.

Now I've just left my office to take care of a problem, sit down at my desk, and there's a dead baby snake where my feet were!

We had a little snake run in yesterday as well. We walked out the door from the firing range and a Japanese Rat Snake slithered across the foot of one of my troops. He did the funniest running in place/shrieking dance that I've ever seen. He belted out shrieks on a scale I'm not sure even Mariah Carey could reach. I recognized it as a Rat Snake (non-venomous) so I reached down and picked it up. It wasn't very large in diameter but probably about 4 feet long. He darn near fainted and literally ran away from me like I was holding a nuclear bomb. I carried it down the road a ways and let it go in the woods.

We are just starting to pick them up. Most of the dealerships waited to seize the engines until they were paid by the government. I have heard of one customer who actually had to give the car back because the dealership never got their money from the gov't. Did your car not qualify? Probably not considering it had to be traded in for something that gets better mileage. I would imagine the Corolla doesn't do too bad on gas.

Most have waited to seize the engines? I'm not surprised. There's no good reason to other than the fact the government requires it on those vehicles trading in under CfC. What a waste.

Yeah it stinks that I can't sell the engines, they are one of our best sellers. What really stinks about it is the fact that I can't at least run them to check out the transmissions, transfer case, and differentials. Being in Wyoming we didn't think we would see that many because of population. One dealership called me and said they had 26 and were just waiting to get paid.

Glad to hear that the dealerships are finally getting paid. And no, the d*#m corolla just barely made the 18mpg cut -- it's listed at 30. Unfortunately, the number of wifely "I want a new car" complaints/gallon is steadily increasing... I'm hoping that there might be a poat-CfC shortage in used car inventories that may serve us decently well. Then again, I private-party sold the last one -- I'll likely end up going that route again.

No hammering, but we did do some screwing.

(Use that in your context thread :001_rolle)

We finished the floor and put up a wall. We used 3 1/2 inch screws and 'toenailed' them in place. The pallet shack is coming along nicely, in fact better than anticipated.

That match was a real treat, I'll tell you. In fact, the whole day was. I got to see Federer (truly an amazing player), watch Sharapova get upset (the place was absolutely electric), and watched Roddick get upset (another incredible match). I couldn't imagine having a better run of 3 matches to watch in a single afternoon live. BTW, Sharapova is... um... shall I say... not ugly:redface:

WOW! Lot's of close up shots, and she's got incredible athleticism too. I was actually really impressed with her as well (she made too many unforced errors and double faults to win) athletically. BTW, that is the best sporting *event* that I've ever seen in my life - I say that without any hestitation.

:yesnod: Very impressive... I've never been a tennis fan before, but I really think I could be. My favorite part of the game (besides the incredible athleticism) is that there are just two players going at it with no coaches helping them, no help from teammates, it's just who's the best. The spin on those shots were mind boggling.

Not a bad way to start the season at all (though I still miss a Louisville/UK opener). Nice win for Bama, as well -- especially nice since it makes all the whos here in Techville cry boo hoo hoo...

how about those Bears?:w00t:

Well I have to say, that I hate the bears.

Before you get mad let me explain why.:001_huh:

We went to Chicago to go to the museums ( about a 4 hour drive)

Well when we got there, we decided to go to he museum of natural history, the parking was $15 :scared:

we payed, and parked.:mad3:

As we were walking out of the parking lot, and the guy running the gate yelled at us, you have to be out in 2 hours or you will be towed (very rudely) when we ask why he said there was a bears game, and acted like we were idiots for not knowing, we ask if we could get our money back so we could park somewhere else, and he laughed and pointed at a sign on his both that said no refunds, we said, but you didn't tell us we had to be out early before we payed. then he said
(while closing his window) just be out at 11:00 (am) :a31:

When we got to the museum, we saw a big sign at the door that said, museum of natural history will be closing at 12:00 today!! ( It made it look like it was a good thing) so we decided that still gave us 3 hours, and we could just move the car at 11:00. so we went in, and guess what, the tickets were full price even though they were closing early. :a31:

We went ahead and payed full price and ran through the museum looking only at the stuff we really wanted to see , when dad went to move the car at 11:02 he said there was a tow truck moving a car out of the lot  not (ours but still) when dad was looking for a new spot he relids that all the meter parking was blot off, so we just had to go.

Now I know that this is the bears fault, but every time I hear their name I think of this. :incazzato

( what I think is stupid, is that they closed the museum for a bears game :frown2:)

Starting from the bare iron takes a lot of work, work, work; PXE boots require DHCP, TFTP, Apache, mirroring Red Hat's rpm repository, blah blah acronyms acronyms nerd nerd NERRRRRD, and that's just to image the "compute nodes" (the individual servers that contain the sweet graphics cards); I haven't even installed all the software to make the screens work as a whole. umm, unfortunately no, I'm just not sure...could be good, could be bad.

well, I do know this much, deity referring to a god or god-like status; DE, of course, double-edge, as in razor.

Could be you're god-like with a DE? or, it could mean you view your DE as a god.....much is open to interpretation without other context :001_tongu

I have given up on the slant. See, I like to keep purchasing new things all of the time. Now I am a straight shaver!!! I love it. It was a very short learning curve for me. Now I have about $700 invested in them:eek:

I am now ONE WITH THE STRAIGHTS
