It's Elisha Cuthbert from Girl Next Door. But, now that you mention it, Aside from her face, physical attributes are very similar to the girl in my room that morning. Just as cute too but with red hair. That will teach those annoying, attractive, hot girls from coming into my room! Curse them all!

Yeah, Elisha Cuthbert played Kim Bauer, Jack's (Keifer Sutherland) daughter in 24.
And yeah, I've been out of the dating scene for a long, long time, but I'm guessing pulling guns on girls probably isn't the best opening line-type move. :001_rolle

It is me. While reflecting on my thread killing skills it occurred to me that the same thing happens on my Facebook page.
I write pithy, evocative comments like, 'Beware the evils of Flucloxicillin' and get not a scintilla of interest. In the past it has been so bad that I have even been moved to comment on my own post and flicked the 'like' button a time two to give the comment credibility. I was still the only person interested.
Thank Heaven's I don't tweet.

Ah, yes, it's all coming back to me now....I had worn it on a nite out with Mrs. Jakespoppoy, then you wanted to borrow it for something you didn't seem to want to talk about, which I found out later was a surprise party at Blake's place....something about Emo...and guns....and you didn't think you were going to get out of there with all your tail feathers.
You left out the chaps.

I'm sorry, Mam, we were having a serious discu.....hey, it's Crafty! How are you? We've missed you around here!
Careful what you ask for. She ignored the question when we asked her "what did you do with the body?", which is even more suspicous! :detective:

Nope. No illness, no death. Our heater started making funny noises. About the same time Mr. Crafty and I (us only, not the kids) felt a bit funny. We turned off the heater, opened up the house. Upon checking the heater, we found part of the vent had come disconnected. Easy fix.
But then, we thought, wait. Why didn't the carbon monoxide detector go off? After Mr. Crafty went all engineer on it, he found that, yes, it is not working. Period.
So, it could have been far worse. We could have been ill. It could have happened when everyone was asleep. Yes, it could have been much worse.

"Don't— don't— don't let the midget out of the wardrobe. No. He doesn't come out until Thursday… Not until Thursday."
KAREN: You said, "Don't let the midget out of the wardrobe. He doesn't come out until Thursday."
ADAM: He's got to polish all my shoes. Cleans my shoes, straightens my shirts, and guards against moths. Thursday is his day off.
KAREN: Are moths afraid of midgets?
ADAM: He eats the moths.
KAREN: Oh. Does he get to eat anything else?
ADAM: Moths and dust.
KAREN: Dust is mostly human skin cells.
ADAM: He eats dust.
KAREN: So, you're saying he's a cannibal. Aren't you afraid of keeping a cannibal around the house?
ADAM: No, I don't keep him around the house. I keep him in the wardrobe.
KAREN: Where does he go on Thursday?
ADAM: I let him out so he can stretch his legs. It doesn't take much. He likes to skateboard.
KAREN: Does he?
ADAM: Apparently so. I see him going up and down the hill. Then at six o'clock in the evening on the dot, he bounces back into the wardrobe. He likes it there. It's cosy. He's made a little nest in my t-shirts.
KAREN: No wonder your t-shirts smell like that.
ADAM: I love you, midget! Next year I'll give you a name.

“Oh my God, this steak is undercooked and flavorless! Is there a grill doctor in the house?”
“Stand back, ma’am. Please, please, everyone, just give me room. Please. Thank you. I’ll have this taken care of in no time.”
“Whatcha doin’, mister? Is my daddy’s steak gonna be OK?”
“It’ll be juicy and delicious in no time, little fella. Your daddy’s lucky I carry my Cuisinart folding grilling tools everywhere I go. The spatula, fork, and brush all fold down from 17” to 11.5”, so they’re easy to pack and tote along. And there’s no telling when they’ll come in handy. Hmmm, this one seems just about done. OK, buddy, can you hear me? Is this steak yours?”
“Yeah… what happened?... I remember taking a bite and… it was- it was awful…”
“Easy there, easy. Don’t worry about that now. Why don’t you take a bite of this and tell me-”
“It’s… it’s perfect! Thank you, whoever you are.”
“You can thank me by keeping your own Cuisinart 3-Piece Folding Grilling Tool Set with you at all times. You never know. The steak you save could be your own.”
gotta love Woot...

- Gary showed his license as a Cartoon Consultant (looks like a calendar to me :001_huh:)
- Dennis sang a song, which Crafty recognized, oh, no she didn't
- Darren dissed Richard. Anyone seen Darren?
- Gary posted shaving porn, cartoon version, after all, he is a Cartoon Consultant!
- Dennis is in HQ today - Hot ????
- Gary posted to move threads around, since he can't do that in BST anymore, and Intrigued called him out on it
- Richard loves his new phone - "Phone Love", Gary, got an appropriate, family-friendly cartoon?

Okay what do youse guys want me to do with this coffi, ah wardrobe. Mrs want's to burn it I want to send it to Ouch or just cover it over with snow and deal with it in the spring
Don't you handle enough of these to have a routine already worked out? I think Crafty was probably counting on an easy, carefree, don't ever contact me again about this, type transaction. :001_cool:

Ouch is a little low on ideas at the moment due to a recent major organiz... I mean "Italian Mutual Aid Society", bust... er... misunderstanding.. in NY and NJ.

Just routine maintenance. However, if I see another wardrobe in the vicinity, I'll know to be on the look out.

It's always best to be on guard against random wardrobes.
