well Jen, looks like it's just us, but I'm signing off, gonna go pop in Jaws and try to sleep...good luck with WoW, don't stay up too late! :biggrin1:
get everything squared with your mom?
& how did OCM go?
I'm always up too late. My mom and I are awkwardly speaking to eachother again which is better then glaring and door slamming. The whole thing is just so frustrating because she is fighting with me over my choice to go away to school instead of live at home. All that she thinks is important is saving money. My house is pretty unhealthy as far as food and physical activity goes and it's pretty boring. UB has 27,000 students and I could easily and comfortably be a vegan again there but my mom just sees it as a waste of money. It is in the top 3 SUNY schools and has so many opportunities that I would not have living at home and has everything I need academically along with everything I'm looking for outside of the classroom. Devision I sports, 2 huge 5,000 square foot gyms. They run spin classes all freaking day and night. The campus is also over 1000 acres of pretty snowy-ness. We'll just never see eye to eye on the subject and I am sure it will cause tension for a very long time. It is really unfortunate because I miss being her friend.
oh and I have no idea what OCM means

Rolls -- I like the new avatar, and think you should definitely start an "Who's Oldest and Youngest?" thread.
Might I suggest Bourbon?
Where is said recipe? Stroganoff sounds quite good about now!
My wife informs me that the Ziggy stalker has been identified. You may all rest a bit easier now.

He may need to remind you of the stroganoff recipe himself, as I have 2 or 3 and I can't remember which one I passed on. And sorry bud for missing the post, but I'm glad you enjoyed it!

Got 3 new HBS soaps in the mail tonight. Lime, Bay Rum and Oakmoss. Now I'm jonesing for a shave to try them out. Oh, and they smell great of course. I got in a little bit of trouble, but nothing Shep couldn't handle. Only four more to go, and I'm home free. I need to intercept the mail tomorrow and Monday. Mornin' TAT'ers. Here's a minor grievance for the day. If I have to see one more fist-bump (where two guys make a fist and touch them together) I'm going to start breaking things. Especially when it's on a TV sports program. I'm watching the new Inside the NFL last night on Showtime--which doesn't even come close to the HBO version--and these putz's fist bumped no less than four times. :cursing: It looks incredibly stupid and does not work when engaged in by 40 something analysts.

The "trade" line didn't work. She knows what HBS packaging looks like. Fortunately I have some real trades coming so that should deflect some angst.
The Oakmoss has a very imperceptible scent. Haven't shaved with it yet so don't know about the lather. What you can smell comes across as earthy and light. Also picked up Lime and Bay Rum both of which smell heavenly. Can't wait to get some shaves in.
Next up I've got some Mama Bear coming from burnWood, some TGQ coming from Rolls and TOBS from WCS. Yep, I'm an addict.

I love the bay rum, good stuff. I would have to say that the HB has some of the slickest and most moisturizing soaps made. I got Bay Rum, Cedarwood Amber, Coconum Lime Verbena, Yazu,Mayan gold and Eucalytus Spearmint. Today I am going to try the E. Spearmint. I am also addicted but the wife has given up trying to talk sense into me. She just goes online and shops and we call it even.

Does the wife like tuna sandwiches, Shep? I think Rolls might have put a half-eaten one in the package he sent you. I bet that would serve as a good distraction.

has anybody ever tried those detox foot pads you wear at night? I've been trying them for the last few days and they are absolutely gross in the morning but I'm not sure if they are actually doing anything or this is useless gross stuff just to make them look like they work. This is going to sound weird and is probably completely unrelated but I've lost a few lbs since I started, not a lot, maybe 2-3. it could be pulling salt and other garbage that holds water out of my pores. Right now I have no idea.
Honestly, the guys who made those are really clever. I've always wanted to buy a set, just to debunk them.
WoW you sure are peaking interest. I have heard of them and am curious as heck to see them in action. where you get them from?
Other than ordering them online or from the television infomercial phone number, you can find them in the "As Seen on TV" section of most CVSs. I'd recommend saving your money, though.

I haven't tried the OCM, either. I'm actually sitting at my computer with a clay mask on right now (Florida wreaks havoc on my skin and hair). I'd definitely advocate the occasional use of a clay mask. Your skin feels wonderfully healthy when you take it off. Haven't seen Shane around these parts for a while, but my thanks go out to him for telling me about a great place to pick up good clay. If anyone is interested, let me know.

I bought a few on ebay because they were a pretty good deal.
6 are from http://stores.ebay.com/Nana-Junes-Naturals
they are, aloe & lavender, bourbon/vanilla, coconut
cream, peppermint, very vanilla, and zesty lime. They smell great, make good lather and I melted them each into a little containers. all 6 cost me about $23 shipped
this one is my favorite, http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&ssPageName=STRK:MEWNX:IT&item=260297404214 it smells really good and does a great job
I also have Col. Conks amber, bay rum, lime and almond

Other than Col. Conk, I've never heard of those soaps. They seem to come in a lot of nice scents. The ginger lime actually sounds quite nice.
There are a lot of us here that would recommend Tabac. It's got an old-time barbershop type smell which some people aren't a fan of, but it is a FANTASTIC shaving soap. Jim and I are taking part in a "How many shaves to the bottom of a shave stick" experiment. I can't wait for the stick to get to me. Honestly, though, if you've found some cheap soaps that are working great for you, there's really no need to look for other soaps. Since I started using TOBS and Salters creams and Tabac soap, I haven't seen the need to explore much else. (I think the only thing I've purchased, other than straight razors since I picked up the Salters was some Speick Cream and Shave Sticks). I'm thinking of picking up some more Salters for myself as a Christmas gift. Just can't decide which scent to go with.
Do you prefer using natural and organic things? I noticed that the two soaps off of eBay are touted as natural.

The ones off of ebay (I think) are home made by the sellers, I really recommend trying the ginger and lime. I try to avoid chemicals when I can. For a long time I was an organic vegetarian but at this moment in my life that isn't possible, I am just a plain old vegetarian right now.

Every 2-3 days I use this http://www.cosmeticsolutions.biz/servlet/Detail?no=1792 I only paid about $3 for the whole tube and it lasts about 20-30 masks. Peels off very easily with no mess and leaves my skin feeling very clean. I always put moisturizer on at night, a little extra when I use the mask because it leaves my skin dry, not overly dry but not soft like a moisturizer does.

Did I see you post something earlier about being vegan as well? What's your reasoning behind it?
I have something called polycystic ovarian syndrome. Without proper weight management I would not be able to have children. The problem with PCOS is it effects the thyroid's ability to keep the body's metabolism the way it should be. I can only eat about 1000 calories a day. Vegan and vegetarian diets help me keep my weight where it needs to be better then any other style of eating I've tried. I have a lot more energy to do what I need to do when I don't eat meat and my skin is clearer. I also love animals and I feel like a jerk eating farm animals when I keep a dog as a pet. Why should my dog get more love then a cute little chicken? They are even smarter then my dog. I have no intentions of trying to make anyone else feel guilty eating meat because it is a very personal choice. My other reason for vegetarian/vegan eating is they have 40% of the cancer rate of meat eaters along with 1/3 the obesity rate in vegetarians and 1/10 the obesity rate in vegans. Everything I've read while researching this says no meat makes it a lot easier for a body to stay healthy.

For some reason, I can't stand English Breakfast tea. Mountain Rose's red rooibos is quite good, and their green rooibos is one I really like. It's very different from the red, isn't fruity and tastes a lot woodier (in a good way).
Have you ever tried the kukicha twig tea or are you picking it up on the description?
The flowering teas, in my opinion, are very pretty, but I would never pay for them. Not only are they too expensive for what you get, but you can also pick up a better loose leaf teas for a lower price per cup.

I've always liked breakfast tea, I've been trying to drink less coffee because A. I like tea more and B. I always put milk in coffee
I picked up the twig tea based on description, looked really interesting and I'm not paying for it haha. My birthday is coming up and my parents couldn't decide what to get me, I'm getting a new DS lite because I broke my DS and they handed me a credit card and said "buy whatever you want" so I am trying to pick up some stuff I wouldn't normally buy myself. I'm thinking about grabbing a 32 oz amazing grace body emulsion from philosophy also because mine is half finished.
I also agree about the flower tea, I think the only time I could bring myself to spend that much money would be if there was a special occasion or I really needed some me time.

Red Rooibos is a really nice 'tea'. You don't need to add anything to it. It's already sweet after you steep it and unlike other teas, it doesn't get bitter if you steep it for too long.

Yes, that is how my boyfriend is, I asked him to name 5 things he would eat and he said hot dog, hamburger, steak, popcorn chicken and french fries. He likes that I don't eat meat though because when we go to outback and get cheese fries I ask for the bacon on the side so he gets a little bowl of bacon to pour all over his steak. He also doesn't understand wet shaving, he thinks it takes too long :frown: he is a mach 3 with water type of guy. I keep telling him he should learn to use a straight razor because that is just badass but he doesn't want to. Eventually he might.
I've had a green tea with orange in it that was very fruity and sweet, I wish I remember what exactly it was.
So if I got those loose tea leaves that tea stick w/leaves in it in a cup of hot water is all to do?
that should do it. I make my water by boiling it, pulling it off the burner and waiting 30 seconds. By then the water is cool enough that it won't destroy your tea.

you can take any hot tea and make it cold tea, what you do is heat up 8oz of water and put 2 table spoons of tea into a tea bag/stick/infuser.. whatever, leave it in until the tea is super dark, fill a 16 oz glass with ice cubes and pour the hot tea over the ice cubes, you should end up with cold tea with a couple of little ice cubes in it. I really like fruit teas iced and black tea.

0 calories but still way way way to sweet for my diet soda sensibilities.
I find regular Coke sickly sweet. My teeth start hurting from the sugar when I drink it. I can't drink Diet Coke either - I can taste the artificial sweetener in it. It tastes extremely sweet to me, but also has a nasty chemical aftertaste. With Coke Zero, I find that it isn't sickly sweet like regular Coke, but doesn't taste like artificial sweetener like Diet Coke. Oh tastebuds.
This got me thinking about a chemical called PTC. Most people can taste it, but there are a few that can't. For those who can taste it, it is extremely bitter. I cannot taste PTC.

I went ahead and ordered the Gem teasticks. Got one in each color. Hoping I can get the wife to join me. Now just have to get some tea for it.
We are all enablers.
I don't like hot drinks such as hot tea or coffee. Any cold tea recommendations? I have money burning a hole in my pocket so I need to buy something.
All teas can be served cold. In my opinion, some taste better than others when cold. Many green teas taste quite nice cold. Cold red Rooibos can be nice, depending on the quality. Cold Earl Gray and Prince of Whales can be nice as well. I drink hot tea without milk, but will add a little milk to most teas if I have them iced.
You could also just save your money.
So give me some fruit tea recommendations.
Hopefully, someone else can chime in on this one. I don't particularly care for fruit teas.

thank you. I am going to look at all the stuff you are recommending.
While I'm spending everyone's money this is my all time favorite tea from them http://www.teavana.com/The-Teas/Flavored-Scented-Black-Teas/Earl-Grey-Creme-Flavored-Black-Tea.axd
it tastes creamy and sweet, a little flowery, not at all fruity though.

edit: what kind of container does the tea come in from this site? and the clay?
I know that the smallest amount of tea you can order from them comes in tea bags. They're resealable brown paper bags that have a the bendable sealer thing with an inner plastic lining that blocks out the air. I don't know if they package the larger amounts differently.
The clay comes in a resealable, heavy-duty plastic bag.
I'd suggest putting the tea into better containers. Tea tins if you have them.
The clay is packaged quite well, so no need to put that into another container.

This was the question I asked awhile ago gatto when you were talking about the soaps you bought:
I'm curious. Do you use these soaps to shave your legs/arms etc? And if so are you whipping up lather with a badger/boar brush and applying lather using it? If so what kind of brush are you using? Sorry for the 20 Q's but it's kinda our thing here.
Damn you guys are some tea drinkin', page postin' fools today. I wonder how many regular B&B'ers we annoy when they constantly see this thread at the top of the page.
I don't find the Speik to be old manish at all Ray. Smells very plant-like and fresh to me. Wifey likes it too. Anyway thanks for the deal. I'm very happy with it. I have a ton of new soaps and creams so don't know when I'll get to the Mama Bear stuff, but I will eventually. btw if you're a collector I've got a patch I can send you in return. PM address if you want one.

yes these soaps are for my legs and I usually shave my arms too because those little blonde hairs are annoying. I use a boar brush and I .. well.. for you gents it would be face lathering. I just rub the brush in the soap for about 20-30 seconds and then right onto my legs. I bought a little HJM brush, I'd like to get a best badger hair brush at some point but the one I have now works fine so I can't justify the money. If something happens to my current brush I will get a badger brush.
edit: I do have a bowl that I use sometimes for whipping up the lather but usually I just fill it with water and use it to get all the extra lather off my razor while I'm shaving. When I first started I always made lather in a bowl but it took a little while and didn't actually give me better lather. Also I usually have to add more soap to my brush at least 4 times because the brush is pretty tiny. I really should invest in a bigger brush.

That's very cool. Thanks. I'm guessing here, but I think you may be in a very small minority of women who leg shave using "our" soaps and creams. I find that very nifty (nifty? :001_huh:). Shavemac brushes have a large bloom that might suit your purposes. So too I believe does Plisson. My Rooney has a nice one as well. There are a few suggestions when you are in the market. Get something in super grade; softer and feel much better on the skin. The lower grade badger hair works but it's kind of scratchy and prickly.
Do you use a DE or a cartridge razor?

My wife is planning on taking my Vulfix pewter handled silvertip from me for her legs. Which is fine as I was going to sell it. She is planning on using the 2 shave sticks I purchased from Mama Bear that were supposed to be scented but are not (she replaced them) on her legs that use the brush to lather it up. Still no DE for her though.

I know I'm in a minority but crap in a can ruins my skin and soaps smell so yummy  I use a DE, it does a better job and it is so much cheaper, my old cartridges were $10 for a 5 pack, I just bought 100 blades for $8 at west coast shaving.

The Jagger you posted is alright -- the stuff C&E carriers is rebranded Jagger, so you can at least avoid some shipping charges if you go that route. burnwood is right about silvertip -- quite easy to use, and remarkably soft. The vulfix he's pointed you too is a bit more floppy than some, but decently priced. Since you're waiting for the holidays, you've got plenty of time to do some research. If you're into custom styling, give shavemac.com a look. Simpson and Rooney are two other contenders. I'd place shavemac, simpson, and rooney ahead of vulfix and jagger, but (since he's gone now I can say this...) YMMV. Heck, a large part of the fun is in the hunt -- enjoy!

I hate to be the one who rains on the C&E parade but honestly that brush is very average. I have the travel version and find it to be scratchy and floppy. Like I said before spend the extra bucks and go up in grade. Silvertip is usually the top grade depending on manufacturer so will be the most expensive. You can step one below that (often times labeled Super) and save some cash. My Rooney 3/1 in super cost about $80. Money well spent IMO. A dense, firm, soft brush that lathers soaps and creams equally well. I neither have nor desire any other brush.
Also kudos for using a DE, brush and soaps/creams. You're officially one of the guys now.

Ahhhh. Decided to go with the MB Mandarin Orange. It was a tough call 'cause I can't wait to try out the new HBS soaps, but I know they are great and I wanted to test something new. So Ray sent me the Lime and Orange both with added menthol. The low down on MB soaps as best I could nail it down is they smell great, but perform average. I believe they are a glycerin soap which had me prepared to be underwhelmed. As mentioned by me previously I am really leaning towards tallow and clay based products of late.
I have to admit that I shaved before I normally would so it wasn't a proper comparison test. However I had a pretty darn good shave just now. The lather and smell are wonderful. The menthol blast feels great so if you are going to purchase a soap from her I recommend paying the little extra for that. Face feels smooth. Some minor stubble left behind, but my blade was on its last legs. Overall a DFS if I do say so. I'm glad I have them in rotation.
**Added bonus** Since I shaved, I was able to test out the AS properties of Speik. Fantastilicious. Light burn, good tone, smooth face, seems to moisturize well and the smell is awesome. I wish I could describe it better. There is definitely that plant smell I mentioned, but there's something more. Like fresh air after blowing across a meadow or something. I'm not usually too big on the "designer" (read: more expensive) AS's, but this is an exception. Actually I don't think the price is any worse than EL, but you do have to factor in shipping. I suppose a bottle of this comes to around 20 bucks shipped. It's worth it.
Ok, so sorry I turned TAT into a mini review thread there for a minute, but I felt compelled to offer my opinion on a fellow TAT'ers shipment. Back to your regularly scheduled programming.

Well you need to get yourself right over to this (http://www.honeybeesoaps.net/) website young lady. She sells clay based soaps that blow the glycerin stuff out of the water. If you purchase the loose puck it is no more expensive than a Conk puck. She has a deal if you buy 3 as well; knocks a buck off the price I think. Her S&H charges are cheap to boot. Trust me, these soaps are that good. I will say this however. Leg and arm hair are not as coarse or tough to shave as facial whiskers so you may not really need anything beyond the cheapo glycerin pucks. But if you're hankerin' to try some she has a good value.

EDIT: Oh yeah, you can melt HBS soaps. Did it last night in fact.
that looks pretty sweet. these are all clay based? how do they smell? I like soaps that have a very strong smell.

They smell good but for me they aren't all that strong. I don't mean staying power but overall strength in smell. You should try them, you won't be dissapointed. Go down and get some rubbermaid reusable containers at your local dollar store and melt them inside of them. Only takes about 15-30 seconds to melt them. Make sure you have enough room in the container to work your brush and your in business. Bay rum is yummy.

I'm in process of turning my wife a shave brush handle out of pink ivory, and:

B) if you you're interested (and I get to it before you make a decision)

they sound good, I'm really interested but I just bought soo many soaps and all that tea today. Right now I only have 3 of my 11 soaps, the rest are still shipping to me. After I pay the bills this month I'll probably pick up the 3 pack.. now to decide which scents.

haha I feel terrible about it though. I have hearyourself C2 customs with detachable cables and I usually use them with my iphone 3G. Somebody on the hearyourself thread suggested I call ultimate ears tech support and tell them my dog ate my triple.fi.10.vi cable and request a new one. This was only suggested because if they knew I didn't own the headphones they wouldn't sell me a cable. So I figured they'd charge me 30-40 bucks and I'd get a nice cable. Well when I mentioned my dog ate the cable and I needed a replacement they asked for my name, address and phone # and before I could even ask about how much I owed them I got a "Thanks have a great day, you'll have it in 3-5 days!"
I am ALWAYS the tank, in D&D I play a barbarian, in asheron's call I was an archer/tank/3 school mage all rolled into one badass character who was covered in pink gear. In any game where there are class options I am the strong one with no magic who carries a big weapon. I'm also always playing a tiny little girl which leads to interesting characters in games where your character has a personality. My D&D character, dix, she is 16, 5ft 2, 120lbs and uses a 60 lb morningstar. She collects dragon heads and keeps them in a pile in her bedroom and whenever she gives anybody a present she guts a little animal and it goes in there. No idea why, she is so weird. She also tried to keep a zombie as a pet but my DM yelled at me for that and killed it.

that looks pretty sweet. these are all clay based? how do they smell? I like soaps that have a very strong smell.
All her soaps are clay based. I think they smell plenty strong. I have a lilac soap from her that was actually too much for my face. She sent me an unscented puck so that I could mix them and cut down on the FO. It still smells strongly. The scents fade after shaving though which is what most of us want as we add AS's, EDT's, EDC's or colognes after the shave anyway.

I absolutely love them. I wear them while I study in the library and walk around campus. They do an amazing job of putting you in your own private world, not of loud music but of light music and no outside noise. I use to have to drown out the world with loud music but now I can listen at a very comfortable level and not be bothered by other noise. They are very clear, the soundstage is nothing to write home about but nothing I've heard is compared to my k701s when they are amped correctly. There is a defined soundstage but it feels more like you are listening to music in a coffee shop or a studio then in a big hall. The bass is great, not overpower or annoying, very natural. The vocals come across as very forward in these headphones as well. They do a lot of justice to jazz and light rock. Definitely worth the money. I could never see needing another pair of isolating headphones while these still function. I have been considering a set of SR60s for situations where I need to hear but I don't want to look totally weird with giant cans in public.
edit: hearyourself also has great prices and great customer service. All of my communication was with the owner of the company and I was calling all the damn time checking on my impressions or whatever else I felt like being a pain about. I called a lot because I was very concerned about the colors. They did a good job, the pink on the outside wasn't exactly the pink I asked for but close enough that I can't complain.

My sister in law is very much a cowgirl. At one point in time she worked at a quest ranch on the moutain that gets a lot of east coast people who want to experience the mountains, horses, and cowboy life. On several occasions she was asked "when do the deer turn into Elk and then how old are they when they turn into Moose" I am not joking about this and she was asked by more than one person. Made the mistake of having labs, journal writing assignments, and tests in the same week. Usually I space things out so I only have 1-2 major grading tasks on a weekend and not 3-4. D'oh!
OK.. I am taking a break and heading home (bringing labs home to grade). I will eat lunch, take the dog to obedience training and then work on getting the labs graded during football games and between loads of laundry.
Obedience training... what a waste. Masie is better behaved than 90% of the dogs we meet. I grew up working with dogs. However, you can't take a dog to an off-leash park around here without a certificate that the dog has completed obedience training. So first puppy class. Now basic obedience. I agree with you that the HBS soaps are great and the MB soaps are good.
I know I'm late to the party, but I'd like to toss my opinion in here as well. I'm about to sell off my last two MB soaps. They're average soaps, but there are soaps that perform way better. The HBS soaps are a huge leap above, as are QED soaps (which smell awesome). Other than these, however, I stay away from glycerin soaps.
I've found myself quite partial to creams lately.

One of the reasons I love Boston: If you're on foot and you want to cross the street, you can do so anywhere. You don't have to wait to find a crosswalk. Cars will slow down for you if they see you attempting to cross and don't speed up to try and hit you.

There are a number of creams that cheap. Kiss My Face and Tom's of Maine can be found in Whole Foods and other health stores for around that (I haven't used them, but have heard good things), C.O. Bigelow has a small tube of rebranded Proraso for around $5, tubes of Speick and Wars can be had for between $4 and $6. My favorite creams are Salters and Taylors.
Regarding the Rock of Love charm school show... I saw that once when I was in Chicago. It's ridiculous and something akin to a train wreck. It's horrible, but you can't bring yourself to look away.

KMF and CO Bigelow are both real good cheap creams. Omega gets good press too though I haven't tried it yet. The Body Shop cream rocks, but it costs a bit more ($15 for the tub/$10 for the tube). I'm ok with the Mama Bears. I think as glycerin based soaps go they are the best I've used. I might not buy any more but the two tubs from Ray will last me awhile.

knowing me I'll be too afraid to use them because they're expensive. This will probably be a once a month while I'm studying for a giant test and need a happy pretty thing kind of deal. I'm sure there will be pics when they get here. I'll definitely try one for my birthday.

If you find any takers ask them if they want my 3 posted and I will throw in 2 packs of swedes. Rolls, sorry. I wouldn't have posted my slims today if I would have seen yours. I need to dump these because I am giving up vintage Gillettes. Slants only from here on out.

I only own two DEs, one of which has been used twice and will be sold in the near future.
But I own a number of straights.

I don't have RAD either. Two DE's one of which I don't use. The Merkur head is just too weird, and I can't master a good shave with it. The SS is my baby. Also don't have BAD. The Rooney for home use and a C&E for travel. I had a Kingsley that I PIF'd to my son. The other AD's unfortunately have a firm grasp over me and my monkey. We can't get enough soaps, creams or AS's. My cabinet is overflowing with those. <shrug> Whadareyagonnado?

Ahhh... a shower and a shave. I feel refreshed.
Just used Proraso for the first time (a fellow member sent me a sample while I was away). I started off with a little bit too much water in the brush, but still ended up making a decent lather with it. I've got enough left for a couple more shaves. It seems to be pretty decent stuff and I actually liked the menthol kick. The last menthol product I used got sold because I didn't like the feeling. This definitely won't be replacing Salters or TOBS for me, but I can see why some people really like it. It wasn't as slick as Salters or TOBS on my skin and did cause the occasional skip with my HD (I always try out new creams/soaps with my HD and a Feather and then will use my straight with the cream/soap if I find it acceptable. Two weepers on the neck, but overall, not bad.
I don't think I'll be buying a tube of this, though.
I need to take a shave with my beloved Taylors. It's been at least two and a half weeks since I last used Taylors and I do miss it. (I mailed a little sample of Salters Rose to Florida and got my Salters fix before I came back to Boston).

haha I'm definitely going to be in big trouble when I get back in a dorm. The one I'll be in in January is one giant bathroom per floor so I'll need to make a lame little college bathroom basket and I don't think 15 soaps will fit in it :( any suggestions on where to store a brush in a dorm room? it looks like I'll be getting a sick 24mm silvertip with a pink handle soon :w00t:

I really like the CO Bigelow (proraso) Dom. I find it's one of my top creams. I always get a real nice shave w/ no skips or weepers. Weird how we all have different circumstances. I have some Eton College on the way. I'm hopeful it arrives tomorrow in time for a night shave.

Ha! That didn't take long. Wasn't it just yesterday we were hearing "Oh, I just can't justify a new brush yet." and "It'll have to wait". Yeah right. Welcome to the club little sister!

Shep, let me know what you think of the Eaton College. I skipped it last time because I didn't know about the scent.
I also only have the AD's for soaps, creams and aftershave. I am going to only have 2 brushes and hopefully soon 3 razors.
