I am letting go of this Gem Micromatic. I don't want to say this is NIB, because I have no idea if it has been shaved with in its long history, but it sure as heck has all the original tags, blades, and instructions. The box is in very good shape, and if you want to see any other pics please let me know.

I have not seen anything like this on B&B since I joined, so if my price is out of line let me know. I would like $65.00 shipped CONUS, or $70 plus actual shipped worldwide.

That's a very nice looking set. I've never seen a complete set like that anywhere! Looks like a great set for a collector. :cool:

Does that require proprietary blades, or will a standard DE fit it?

(Not that anybody would want to spoil its pristine nature by actually SHAVING with it ... just curious.)

It will take a SE blade. It is just like a normal GEM, only this one is pretty darn close to perfect.

Standard single-edge blades fit.

If I wasn't drooling over Scotty's Aristocrat, I'd be very tempted by this.

Don't forget the power of "and"...it doesn't always have to be "or", as in "this on or that one" - it can be this one and the aristocrat. Kind of has a nice ring to it, eh? :cool:
