I received some of these blades for free with a purchase. I never bought them for a few reasons. The name. SuperMax. Why not call them UltraMegaTurbo's? Also the price. So inexpensive. It can be a worry. And the multiple grades of blades. I never understood that. Yeah, lets made a crappy/medium/good blade. That way people that try the crappy version will only think of the company that way and curse their name. Anyway with the rant over, I think they are great blades and held up. I've tried over a dozen brands and I'd have to day that I would purchase these when I get low on blades(in about 10 years).:biggrin:

The Super-max Platinums are among my favourite blades.

Not tried these ones.

Since the ones I've mentioned are their medium grade, I'm sure that the Super-max Platinums are excellent.

i got two free with a sample set from safetyrazor.co.uk:lol: when i brought my fatboy:w00t: and they were The Super-max Platinums and they were great:001_rolle, now need to find out where to buy them in the uk:confused:

I got two 5-packs of the Super Max Platinum in a sample pack, but can't remember where the pack came from. DrIdiot maybe?

You can usually get them from Suffolk Supplies, but they're currently sold out (probably because of my bulk order :wink:).
