I didn't spring for the wooden bowl and ordered only a refill recently. When last we moved my wife THREW AWAY two empty DR Harris wooden bowls. She's since made it up to me but I need something that will hold the soap without having to go through the trouble of milling it.

Any suggestions?

I keep mine in Old Spice mugs. They fit nicey without having to be milled or having the edges trimmed. If you want something with a lid, Mama Bear has some nice wooden bowls.

If you find a container that is a little on the small side, some folks have had success with shaving the side of the puck just enough so that it would fit, and then putting the shavings underneath the puck in the container.

Those should be readily available on the 'bay for reasonable amounts.
