That guys a weenie. If he was a real CEO, he'd ask AIG for a two billion dollar sub-loan and go for it with a double pivot 10 bladed monster with a can of goo riveted to the handle, then take his billion dollar bonus and run for Senator before the thing was off the drawing board.
