Penhaligon's Aftershaves

I'm really curious about the aftershave products made by Penhaligons? Does anyone know anything about their effectiveness or the products in general?

Tim, I have tried one of their AS. I believe it was English Fern. It was as nice as any other AS but it had the outstanding Fern scent. The scent faded after a couple of hours.

I really could not tell what properties were in the AS other than alcohol.

How about the Endymion Balm? I've read a couple good things about the English Fern, but I'm not personally a fan of that scent.

I have the Endymion aftershave and the scent is outstanding. However, it is a cruel product for those with an oily skin. It is thick and requires time before being absorbed.

I don't have oily skin. So that's good. But does the stuff work well? (the Endymion ASB)

It works as well as any high-quality ASB on the market. You'll just pay more for the exceptional scent.

The Penhaligon's ASB's are excellent products, especially this time of the year. I have the Endymion and the Blenheim available as samples if you want to try them. Follow the aftershave link in my sig line.

I ordered some Endymion ASB. I think I will like it. I'd love to get the splashes, but I can only find it in English Fern and Blenheim and I'm not the biggest fan of either of these scents. Ah well.

I got my Endymion ASB today and tried it out. I was really impressed!
It is a fantastic moisturizer for the winter. I may be a bit much for those with oily skin. But for my sensitive skin it's great!
This is only second in my balm arsenal to the ASB's by L'Occitane. :thumbup:
