New feather blades?

Is it possible to tell the difference between the old and new feather blades by the outer packaging?

I didn't think there was a difference besides the packaging...

I did see a picture of one on here somewhere but can't find it now. The markings on the blade itself are different.

I've seen clear plastic and white...I think the clear are the newer.

Don't the new ones say "Hi-Stainless" on them?

I think it may be the other way around, I have never seen the clear packaging.

The new ones definitely have a yellow paper-top, with red writing and white plastic case
