Help ID Unmarked Razor!

I bought this locally the other day, and I enjoyed the way it looked. It's in great condition except it has what looks like nail polish on the bottom of the handle. I'm assuming it's a ladies razor because of this. I'm wondering has anyone seen something like this before?

The first - I dunno. It is late. Last generation of Gillettes. Some variation of the Knack/Slim Twist, I imagine.

The second is a Tech. The most common Tech has a much slimmer handle with the ball end (the small ball, as opposed to the big ball, which is something else). The Tech also came with this fat handle, in nickel or gold, or I think I have also seen a copper and brass version. I have the nickel one. Might be the best shaving three piece Gillette ever made. Shaves a lot like the 40s Super Speed, but maybe even a touch more gentle. Serious, you can just whip this thing around your face without much risk of damage. The think handle is nice.
